What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?


First off, we apologize for the mix-up and want to make sure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Please email us via hello@one20nine.com to notify us of the error. Be sure to include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern and please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mix-up (i.e. showing the defect or incorrect item) We will provide you with a 20% off discount code in the event you receive a defective product to be used on a future purchase.




Can I return or exchange my product(s)?


Unfortunately, items purchased via One20Nine are final sale; therefore, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We will correct incorrect orders and only defective products are eligible for a return or exchange in the event the defect is at no fault of the consumer. We thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance.




When will my order be shipped?


Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices put in place, orders may take 7-16 business days to ship. This timeframe starts 24 business hours after your order is placed and processed. For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days. Orders placed after 5pm EST Mon-Friday, during the weekend, or on holidays are automatically processed on the next business day.




What if I put the incorrect address when I placed my order?


Unfortunately, One20Nine WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies. This includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information prior to submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we're unable to make changes once submitted. In the event your product is lost or believed to be stolen, please contact the postal service.
